Similarly to the sentiment of others it's rather inconsequential in this case. Personally I'm all about aesthetics as much as performance. AMD cards have been known to benefit the most with cooler running cards however the gain is insignificant and is more academic than anything else really. Really in this case you just have to ask yourself do you care to keep your card at its coolest and have the highest overclock or save money or go for the looks since it doesn't really matter.

Also holy crap another Filipino. I'm from there.

You gotta do you girl. I always say you gotta do you. And if he's doing him, then who's doing you? Because right now, it seems like no one's doing you.

Hello Everyone I'm kinda new here, I would like to ask which graphics card to buy, should I choose the R9 270x dual X or the R9 270x Vapor X?

I'd go for the cheaper one, which is the Dual-X. The R9 270X is a pretty cool card. Doesn't really need such a good cooler. Heck, I've got an R9 280X Dual-X and it hovers around the the lower and mid 60Cs while gaming in 36 to 38C ambient temps. Great cooler.

Personally though, I'd get the R7 265 and overclock it. I checked the prices over there, and it's about $50 cheaper than the R9 270X, which is just right. But if you can still afford Vapor-X, I suggest you get the 4 GB variant of the R9 270X Dual-X, since it's almost the same price as the 2 GB Vapor-X. The additional RAM will help a lot in future titles.
