considering a 780ti minimum recommended is 600 id go higher i use a CX600M with my 780ti and looks fine to me

Yes, 450w is enough. A larger psu for headroom is recommended though. A decent 550w would do nicely.

Do you have any suggestions? The Ncase M1 requires an SFX or 140mm NON-modular psu.

The Ncase M1 supports SFX power supplies, and ATX power supplies up to 140mm in length

The dimensions of the SSP-550RT mentioned above are the typical 150x86x140mm. The 140 should be the length, so that should work.
