Budget (including currency):  1400 AUD (can be a bit over budget)

Country: Australia

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: 1080p gaming on games such as CSGO, Overwatch, Hoyoverse games, Minecraft with shaders and some other similar style games.

Other details https://au.pcpartpicker.com/list/kLBNMC
This is what I have come up with so far. If anyone can suggest any improvements that either reduce the cost/better value for same cost it would be greatly appreciated. I would like to stay on AM5 due to the upgrade path and that's really it. I will be getting a used GPU, currently the 3070 is the cheapest one on the used market but I am not willing to shy from an AMD GPU if it becomes cheaper when I eventually do buy it after saving enough.

750W psu for that build. Air coolers don't work that well with those fish tank cases (basic physics).

Front intake fans + mesh front panel w/fresh air blowing on your components > fish tank case

I don't quite understand that statement, but if you mean a standard case is better, probably.

But that fishtank still has Front intake fans, no ?

If you don't quote us, we won't know you answered

I don't know what positive answer I can give to this. If anyone has got an idea...

Positive answer? It's pretty simple. There are four sides to a PC case. Front, back, and two sides (not including top & bottom). No idea why you continue to post about this tbh.
