Basically, my PC has been broken for a while now and I’m just getting around to fixing it. It was originally stuck in this bio settings. I got it out of that but now it will not show up on my monitor in the red and blue light at the bottom of my Motherboard will not turn off and nothing is showing up. I tried unplugging one of my Rams sticks and trying that it didn’t work I tried unplugging the other stick and that didn’t work so what the fuck do I need to do?

We need more information.

What are the system specs?, be as specific as you can.

What did you do when this first started?

Clearing the CMOS can be a first step.

Remove the silver battery on your motherboard for 5 minutes, put it back in and try again.

First things first: don’t panic: 🙂.
From your description it sounds like the system is POST, failing red/blue lights on the motherboard and no display.

try:

1. Clear CMOS, power off, unplug the PSU, pull out the CMOS battery for a couple of minutes or use the clear CMOS jumper/button if your board has one. Then put the battery back and try again. This resets any bad BIOS setting.

2. Check RAM properly, make sure the sticks are seated all the way in until they click. Test with only 1 stick in slot A2 2nd from CPU. If that doesn’t boot, swap with the other stick in the same slot.

3. Reseat GPU, if you have a graphics card, take it out and reseat it. Also make sure the monitor is plugged into the GPU not the motherboard HDMI if your CPU has no iGPU.

4. Power cables, double check the 24-pin and 8-pin CPU power are fully clicked in. Loose cables can cause exactly this behavior.

5. Minimal boot, try with only CPU + 1 stick of RAM + GPU + PSU. Disconnect all drives and extras. If it POSTS like that, add parts back one at a time.
