Jump to content

The fan will sit on top of the ram. With that CPU you could get away with running just the center fan.. or depending on your case flow, no fans installed on the cooler.

Thanks for the insight, I really appreciate you taking time out of your day to help me out here. Would I be better off just getting an AIO for 20 dollars more? Thermalright Frozen Notte 360 to be specific

I would grab an AIO with a V6 pump, or one that comes with a 5 year warranty or better. Just because they are the newest models. I am running an FW Pro with 6 fans in push/pull. Works great. Better than the V3 models for sure.. very quiet with its aluminum block.

Thank you, do you have any decently inexpensive recommendations? Like under around 60 dollars? I assume that's a really tight budget but idk

You should be ok with what you were going with. I haven't used it so I cant really comment other than I own 3 and they all work well for what I do..
