Pre-Memory initialization taking too long

Hey, I currently have a Ryzen 9 7900X3D, a 7900XTX, 64 GB RAM at 6000 MT/s, an X670E mobo, and a 1000-watt Corsair PSU. When I press the button to boot the system, it takes around 1 minute and 7 seconds (I timed it) for the screen to show the BIOS starting image (I have an ASUS mobo, so the ASUS logo in this case). As I have a Q-code reader on the motherboard, I noticed that during that 1 minute, for around 50 seconds, the number shows 15, and it refers to the "Pre-memory System Agent initialization is started." I am not sure why, but when I first built the system around 2 years ago, booting would only take just around 15-20 seconds for the BIOS logo to show up, and now it has increased to the time I mentioned above. I first thought that maybe the drivers might have been outdated, so I updated the motherboard BIOS and all the drivers through a utility called ASUS Driver Hub but the situation remains the same. I am on the latest version of Windows according to my system settings. Is there any way to reduce the long waiting time for booting?

P.S. There has been no system instability in any situation (idling, gaming, or productivity), though before I did the driver updates, there were some BSODs related to the memory, but since the driver updates, I haven't had that issue anymore.

Try find and enable Memory Context Restore or something in BIOS
