I've recently got a new PC with the following specs:

Intel Core i7-14700KF
ASUS TUF B760-PLUS WIFI
2x 16 GB DDR5 Corsair Vengeance
750W GIGABYTE GP-UD750GM PG5
MSI GeForce RTX 5070 12G VENTUS 2x OC White
Windows 11 Home 64-bits

And basically since day one that I got the PC, I've had the same problem. Whenever I start playing a game, the game just randomly closes. Sometimes after 1 minute, sometimes after a couple of hours of playing or sometimes like 3 times in a row in a span of 5 minutes. It never gives me any error/crash message either, so that's why I always look in event viewer, which (most of the time) shows me an error. And according to GPT it always has something to do with one of the following "Outdated or corrupt NVIDIA driver, Remains of old drivers causing conflicts, GPU overclocking/instability, Issues with DirectX or a specific game patch, Heavy workload (VRAM full, shader compilation error)"

When it comes to the drivers, I've basically tried everything. I installed an old stable driver, installed the most recent ones, clean install using nvidia, clean install using DDU. And still, the crashes happen. There's a lot of more stuff I've tried doing and still the issue continues.

My PC builder recommends a full windows reinstall, but I've never done this before and do not want to do anything wrong. + I don't want to spend the money.

I've added a txt file with a lot of error messages I've had.

looks like it's a driver issue from what i see in the TXT, i would advice you to try to DDU your nvidia drivers, reboot your PC and then install your nvidia drivers back.

if this doesn't work i would procede with DDU again, reboot your PC, install a previous version of nvidia drivers and reboot again, this would be the best way to fix the issue

if this doesn't work, the clean install can be the only way, but i doubt it will be necessary since it's a drivers issue

I just did this, tried starting my game and now it closes almost immediately, with basically the same error

ok, then lets's try something different, assuming it COULD be windows due to recent insanly bad updates windows 24h2 is rolling out

try first the good old sfc/scannow and then the DISM /online routes as you see below:

sfc /scannow
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
sfc /scannow

usually these commands will fix some issues, if this doesn't fix anything i'm afraid to tell you that a clean install is the only way, but before going for the clean install you can try to install windows on a spare disk even a old HDD will do the trick, install windows and DON'T UPDATE IT, then install the rest of your drivers and a couple games just for a test, if everything works you can bakcup your data from your man drive and clean install everything on your main disk.

if you don't have any spare disk you can yolo it and clean install via USB windows into your disk and check if everything is fixed
