Soo basically I have ethernet issue where its a on and off kinds thing for 15 minutes it turns on but then the ethernet just doesn't work in games and game servers like apex fortnite ect BUT YouTube works? And the weirder thing is that it SAYS its connected its like confusing i took these pictures when my ethernet was not working I tryed resetting network settings and also changing dns server it worked.....for a bit then turned off again after 15 or 20 turned on again its really annoying i tryed to use netsh winsock reset

ipconfig /release

ipconfig /renew

ipconfig /flushdns

NOTHING please help me

You need to change the DNS server. My guess is that you are using your ISP's DNS and it is a bit crap.

You will be best doing this from your router's settings.

Go to the Network/DHCP section of router settings, change primary DNS to 8.8.8.8. MAke sure to save if needed.

Reboot the router afterwards.

Reboot everything that connects to the router after that, to be sure it all works smoothly.

I would recommend using Cloudflares DNS; 1.1.1.1 primary, 1.0.0.1 secondary. 

I have set Cloudflare up in my router, so all my devices go through Cloudflares DNS. In theory it provides better privacy than ISP DNS's.

I use Pi-hole and Unbound to have a caching DNS server of my own, but that's hardly going to help the OP now, is it? They just want to be able to access the internet. One thing at a time.
