New Gaming/Game Dev PC

Budget (including currency): 1200-1300

Country: Greece

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Blender, Jetbrains IDEs, Unity, Warzone, Fortnite, Minecraft, etc... (Note: I would like to play the games at 1440p at Med-HIgh settings)

Other details:
I'm upgrading from an rx550 and an i3 10100. I have already made a parts list after researching a bit and I was wondering if it's any good. I don't need any peripherals and i have a 1440p 165Hz monitor

Current Parts List:
CPU: Ryzen 5 9600x
GPU: RX 9060xt 16gb
RAM: G.Skill Trident Z5 RGB DDR5 32GB(2x16) 6400 MT/s
SSD: Kingston SSD 2TB M.2 NVMe PCI Express 4.0
Motherboard:
Gigabyte B850 GAMING WIFI6 Motherboard ATX
Cooling: Corsair Nautilus 240 RS (I know water-cooling is overkill but i plan on upgrading the CPU and i guess I'm future-proofing
PSU:
Seasonic Focus GX ATX3.1 2024 750W 80 Plus Gold
Case:
NZXT H5 (2024) Flow Midi Tower w/ RGB (the version that comes with 3 front fans and 1 rear fan)

The build comes down to about 1280

I'm looking forward to hearing yall's opinion about this parts list
