It should be fine then. Regular thermal paste doesn't conduct electricity.

Then don't, especially since it works as-is. You could use a squished drinking straw to scrape the paste off, then use alcohol and a very soft toothbrush to clean as much residue off the CPU as possible, but the risk (breaking the CPU) outweighs the reward in this case.

 

Just don't put that CPU in another motherboard without attempting to clean it up first. Otherwise you'll spread the mess.

For that side, you can just scrape it off with a piece of cardboard or an old gift card or something. Try not to push thermal compound into the holes.

another offtopic question So i have a Corsair spec alpha case and i want to fit a radiator on top Is It possible even a 240mm if you asking yourself why i have this old of a case the pc Is from 2016 and since Is not essential to have another case i Stick to that one

No problem. LTT made a video on people's darkest pc dreams, and one of them was putting a glob of thermal paste on the socket under the CPU - and as long as it's non conductive thermal paste, it worked fine.
