Rival is MUCH better.

I have friends who own the deathadder and a few who have the rival. Most people who have the rival previously had the deathadder 2013.

Also depends on which game you are playing (FPS games = rival, MMOs = M95 or similar, deathadder is no option either way)

My friend has the Razer Deathadder 2013. It broke down after 1 1/2 year. Mine broke too so I wouldn't recommend any Razer product.

I'd recommend staying away from Razer in general, and stick with companies more along the lines of Steelseries and their Rival mouse, or Logitech and the G series if you are looking for a mouse. I personally use a Func MS-3 R2 but it's not for everyone, take a look at it if you have big hands :)

Specs: 4790k | Asus Z-97 Pro Wifi | MX100 512GB SSD | NZXT H440 Plastidipped Black | Dark Rock 3 CPU Cooler | MSI 290x Lightning | EVGA 850 G2 | 3x Noctua Industrial NF-F12's

Bought a powermac G5, expect a mod log sometime in 2015

Corsair is overrated, and Anime is ruined by the people who watch it

I have a razer naga molten, my much cheaper cm storm recon feels better, can't really compare sensors much though, ones optical ones lazer, optical doesnt seem to like my optimised optical surface, cm storm recon laser feels more precise but feels more delayed, razer feels more responsive but not as precise, maybe due to my madcatz glide mouse mat.

I highly recommend the Rival. Been using it since January and I've never been happier. Solid feeling, extremely comfortable, excellent sensor, and time well laid out. I'd buy another without hesitation.

Never say it's not broken. Everything is broken. Why? Because everything needs MOAR POWA!
