Screen turns off randomly

Hi I am having an issue where my PC sort of turns off when playing games or sat idle but in order to turn it back on I have to shut it down.

I have checked temps i think they are OK 

I have replaced power supply and ram and Re installed windows/drivers

I tried the gpu in my dad's computer and it did the same thing
