A budget, first of all

I assume you mean something like a render farm? You'd want a machine connected to the network with as much hardware as you can afford (multi-core CPUs, RAM and GPUs)

Depending on the hardware of the 100 existing PCs, you could also use these as nodes in the server farm. So if someone starts a render on one machine, the work is distributed between all of these. Might be more cost effective than building one big machine.

I want to implement a centralised gpu server to run software like catia, proe. Got around 100pc in the lab and my server should support all.

I got no idea what to get or implement. Need suggestions and ideas.

This is a lot more of an ask than a form is going to be able to help you with.

Hire a professional consultant, pay them good money, and set it up right from the start (and have them as a resource to call when something doesn’t work right). A 100 PC equivalent render farm is not going to be cheap or easy to set up, and you will want to do it right the first time…. The cost of downtime I assume would heavily outweigh the cost of paying a professional to help get this done correctly.
