it was infact the uefi windows... my restart for some reason did not apply the change during the first attempt...

I tried looking for a solution online cause security for me was merely just a password section in my bios but the more i looked the more i realized my bios looks completely different..
Secure boot did have a section  but it gave me two options them being "Other os" or "Uefi Windows"image.thumb.jpeg.08344b28a10cd58469e5f2ec4d3374f7.jpeg
