Budget (including currency): Available with realistic expectations. I know none of this is cheap.

Country: United States

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Video Capture

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):

Okay, this isn't a typical every day build found on LTT Forums, but I'm looking for some help in the weaker spots of my knowledge base.

2023 Freightliner M2 with a custom mobile medical simulation lab. Two simulation bays with a control room. The vehicle has three inputs for each simulation bay that need to be recorded. Two cameras and a feed out from a tablet in each room. Previously, we were using a cloud based service specifically designed for medical simulation video capture. However due to the mobile nature and spotty internet through starlink that would be set up and torn down in different locations every day, we couldn't get the cloud based service to work reliably.

Each room has two Axis V59 PTZ Cameras plus the tablet that needs to be recorded. All video inputs and outputs are controlled through a Crestron video conferencing system. The control room has four displays for the operators to view live video.

What I desire: A solution to record the video feeds, ideally in two separate videos (one for each room) that can be started and stopped independently with video saved either locally and exported or saved to a portable drive.

I do have some rack space available, but it is not in the control room where I would desire the controls to be.

I have explored the option of some Blackmagic production gear, but the inputs are all on the device and the crestron equipment is not physically located in the control room.

Also, I am not going to be the only one operating these vehicles, so the set up and capture process should be something that can be taught to non-tech savvy people.
