Bad fps in minecraft with good pc (java)

Specs: 7800x3d, 5070, 32gb ram 6000mhz

I have a problem with my fps in this game modded or not i struggle with fps. I use high settings and i struggle to get over 80fps on vanilla and about 120 with sodium and other mods that should help minecraft run better.
I have updated both chipset drivers, nvidia drivers and tried both give minecraft access to both low and high amounts of ram but nothing works. I have seen others with same or worse PCs and they have 500+ on the same settings.
Any tips for how to fix it.

What resolution monitor are you using? Besides high graphics settings, chunk settings and shader packs play a hefty role in Minecraft as well.

yeah how many chunks are you loading in , also , turn off any mods as no computer on earth is optimized for java based minecraft mods.
