I have 12 RGB fans in my Phanteks XT PRO. (x3 front intake, x3 bottom intake, x3 top exhaust, x1 rear exhaust, x2 cpu tower)

Each fan has an RGB in, RGB out, and fan header. Currently all RBG is all split running off of one motherboard (ASRock B550 Phantom Gaming 4) header, and the fans split off of two fan headers. Someone told me this is bad.

Then how do I manage it? I would like the top, front, bottom, and rear manageable from the BIOS, no more software. Could someone tell me the ideal way to configure the lights and power, and product I might need to not fry my motherboard? Not to mention cable management is a nightmare. I'm not getting rid of my fans, I love them. Thanks!

3 fans per header (delivering 1A, except pump header delivering 3A) is the norm but it also depends on the fans (needing 0.1A to 0.3A max)

You've got enough headers anyway.

(FanControl is a great app to manage fans)

I use two powered hubs to drive 14 fans. I don't use software, so I set my curve in the bios, my case has a switch that lets me toggle full speed, or go back to the curve.
