Really hoping someone might have an answer/advice for this as I've attempted everything I can using every thread or link I could find.

NVC, DDU, DDU uninstall of everything nvidia related in Safemode then Manual/express/manual & express in safe mode installations.
Every single kind of installation after fully clearing all drivers and disconnecting from windows to stop auto display driver updates fails. And nothing i do or try to do allows the GPU drivers to successfully update/install

I'm just at a loss here. I've tried very single thing i could find and nothing works. It always fails to install. I would really not prefer to update to windows 11 OR do a fresh install as this pc has important content on it i cant easily move right now.

Hardware is EVGA GeforceGTX 1660Ti / I7-5820k / 16ddr4
