I ran the built-in Windows troubleshooter, and it didn't work

Have you unplugged the KVM for both machines and then shut them down, then reboot them back up and plug the KVM back in to both machines?

I’m just trying to get a baseline of where we’re at for troubleshooting kind of rule out some of the simple things

What’s the model of the KVM that you have?

I use this KVM switch with my personal desktop and work laptop: http://amazon.com/dp/B092Q42VPS?ref=fed_asin_title&th=1. As of this week, my Logitech C525 webcam hasn't been working properly through the KVM. When I try to use my camera, the light on the webcam flashes multiple times, and I get an error saying that my webcam is in use by other apps. This happens with the camera app built into Windows, Zoom, Webex, and Teams. This issue only started this week; I have been using my webcam through my KVM with no issues since I got it in February 2024. The webcam works when I connect it directly to my computer. I also tested with a Logitech C920 and had the same issue. I have attached a screenshot of the error message I got when trying to launch the Windows camera app. Some help with this would be appreciated, as I really would like to be able to use my webcam with both my personal and work computers.
