Change from legacy to UEFI in your BIOS.

yeah sorry i shoulldve said this on the post, when i change it in the bios it just wont boot into windows itl just send me back into bios until i change it back to legacy

Sounds like you had installed Windows while in legacy mode. You will want to convert the MBR to GPT. Then disable CSM from within the BIOS.

By disabling CSM in the BIOS, then reinstalling Windows.

 

There are tools that can convert MBR to GPT without wiping the drive first, but there's a risk of data loss. So you want a good backup beforehand. Since you need to create a backup either way, a fresh install is the cleaner way.

Note that these instructions require deleting all volumes on the device. So it's not something you can do with the drive Windows is currently running on. It also means you lose all data on the drive, unless you back it up beforehand.

Yes, but not using the instructions you linked. The third step says "Select Delete Volume, then select Yes. Repeat this step for all volumes on the disk."
