I'm assuming somewhere in this troubleshooting you completed a full DDU then clean full driver package reinstall? Just normally reinstalling the driver from the App won't be good enough. The overlay is managed entirely from the NVApp so just wipe all of it with DDU from Safe Mode and start fresh.

If you're using a modern RTX card, this is the latest full driver package which you'll want to use once returning from safe mode to reinstall them: https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce/drivers/results/250995/

Well I specifically said to install the driver package and linked it, not to install the Nvidia app after.

Either way, you'll have to better explain your problem then. If a DDU didn't fix your issue, you have much larger problems.

") Also nvidia said the issue is in the windows settings/account as the new profile didnt had the problem.
