Budget (including currency): 1000€

Country: germany

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: cs2, rainbow six siege, vscode (games all in super low resolution 1280x960)

Ok. planning to get my first pc with following specs:

CPU: Ryzen 5 7500f

CPU COOLER: Thermalright assasin x120

RAM: Kingston ram 6000 cl30

CASE: pop air mini case

MAINBOARD: gigabyte b650 eagle ax

PSU: fsp vita gd 650w gold (good?)

SSD: 2x1TB kingston nv2 m2 ssd(planning to dual boot because of work: 1tb windows, 1tb linux)

GPU: Rx7600 8GB -> Will this fit my needs or should i instead get a 16gb 9060xt??? The rx7600 is 200€ while the 9060xt is 370€. since i will only be playing fps competitive games and mostly code, i though of getting the rx7600 and save the extra amount of money. the 9060xt would kind of be a waste in my opinion. am i right???

MONITOR: Should i get a 240hz for 180€ + one cheap extra monitor(70€) or instead two 180hz monitors (90€ each)

Basically my questions are: how do you rate my build and the questions mentioned above. The pc with the rx7600 would cost me 800€. and is the 60hz more worth double the price? thx.

Look for a board that supports PCIe 5.0 for the gpu if you decide on the 9060 seeing how that gpu supports PCIe 5.0.

Competitive games are still fine on 8 GB, but depending on how long you plan on keeping the GPU that could change. It could also potentially come to bite you later if you ever decide you do want to try some AAA title.

It supports it, but doesn't really need or benefit from it. This video primarily looks at the impact on the 8 GB model, where PCIe 5.0 can have an advantage if the card runs out of VRAM. But it also includes the 16 GB model for comparison, where there's basically no impact.

Other than the fact I can't stand that Aussie (AMD Unboxed), I wouldn't want to dump 1000 euros into a new build and not have PCIe 5.0 support for the gpu, especially if said gpu supports PCIe 5.0.

I'm not against getting a system with PCIe 5.0, don't get me wrong. I'm just saying it doesn't have a benefit and isn't worth paying a premium for.

Right but he's asking questions and would like answers to them, not just a build without any explanation.

The 7600 8GB will be more than fine for ultra low settings in your FPS games.  You'll maintain decently high frame rates and the 180Hz monitor will be a good match then.  Personally I like dual monitors that are the same.

Look at the overall cost of the PC when calculating price/worth.  The monitor is double but at the end it's just 800 vs 900 all told.  Because the entire PC is what you're using, not looking at items in a vacuum.

I don't know that model of Vita's psu but their other ones aren't that great but good enough.  What else can you find near that price point?

thats for sure. thx for your answer. a friend of mine suggested me to get a fsp psu, since he told me that they are all good.

other psu options in that price range would be:

1. chieftec vega gold

2. seasonic g12 gm gold

3. asus prime gold

4. cooler master gx 2 gold

Not listing prices because they are all about the same (+-15€)

Based on the PSU Tier list that other more smarterish people have done...

I'd avoid #2, but the others are more than fine for your build.
