Best bet is to go white build and set all RGB to pink.  Full pink parts are rare.  Maybe case and a few GPUs is all.

As suggested, use a white A-RGB build, set the A-RGB to various shades of pink.

Yes it is 3000$ usd and she dosent have a specific resolution, as long as it's not stretched and stuff. I kinda wanted it to have almost no rgb, just a pastel pink and white theme, and for some reason I cant find compatible parts

Does she not have a monitor yet?  We have a template for this exact reason, so we don't have to go back and forth asking questions for clarity.

 

A white build:  Add more RGB fans to satisfy her pink glowy needs 😉
