Software related audio problem

Hello, 

 

The volume in my left speakers becomes extremely low when i plug in my surround sound speakers (black and yellow jack). If i only plug in the green works fine. 

 I've checked the volume balance levels. Have realtech hd audio Manager tried tweaking something (speaker fill etc) didnt work. Very sure its software related. 

 

Voice is Isolated to right and music to left if i leave only the green jack plugged in.

Sounds to me more like the jacks are ones causing this. But its pretty hard to tell since your description isn't very clear. Do you plug two different speakers or just more units to one set? In latter case the surround settings aren't configured and you have to do that to get them working. When you have only one wire plugged and still audio is wrong it sounds like damaged plug.
