Dual monitors stutter help!

Hey,

 

Got a little trouble at the moment, whenever I set a game to borderless mode and I have anything open on the other monitor like a youtube video or a stream my game stutters, browser(text) and spotify is fine. I have checked the fps in-game and it is well above my refresh rate @ 144hz when both borderless and fullscreen. This issue dissapears completely and game is smooth as butter as soon as I set the game to fullscreen, any ideas?

im guessing the video applications are using hardware acceleration maybe your gpu is having issues
