Price Imbalance?

I'm building a PC and I found a possible price Imbalance, I am getting the Ryzen 9 9800X3D, and the motherboard is the NZXT N9 870E AM5, and the mobo costs more than the CPU, here is the Amazon list. https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/c?ref_=navm_hdr_cart

The NZXT N9 870E is incredibly overpriced at 500 dollars...

I run my overclocked 9800X3D on a ASUS TUF B650 PLUS WIFI without any issues at all, its 160 dollars ( 220 when new in 2022 )

I'm going for a stealth, smooth black type of build and the motherboard has the feel that I I'm requiring, do you know any motherboards of a similar look and performance? So I don't have to change any of my storage options (I have 1x 8TB m.2 and 3x 4TB M.2's) but cheaper

Are you going for an AIO or air cooler?

You dont often see much of the motherboard with a large GPU and aircooling.

 

This is my personal black / stealth build with a overclock 9800X3D and RTX 4080.

I love the look of my AirCooler with the black screen.  Its not displaying anything in this picture of course.

If you "require" a certain look, you will have to pay the price premium.

the issue here is the board itself, it IS overpriced from the beginning, you mainly pay the aestethics which even though you want a full stealth build i'm pretty sure you can find other mobo that has the same color and blackout style

 

i wanted to buy an NZXT plain white motherboard because it looks sooooo cooool but i ended up with an MSI Edge ti wifi x870e because it costs less and it's still looking good
