I'm planning to build a second PC specifically for streaming. I'd appreciate a recommended build that can handle streaming FPS games and Dota 2 smoothly.

Yes, but i already bought an elgato 4k x. My budget is 30k peso

I'm so sorry, 30k peso. I do have an elgato 4k x right now and i can't use it since my laptop is unable to catch up with obs and my elgato. Laptop is an old model. Sad
