Please HELP with controller

When i connect my 8bitdo Ultimate 2C controller to my PC on windows mode, this type of thing shows  up. it works. but i cant check my buttons. 

 

when i connect on android mode, it works as an android controller, not windows one.

 

can anyone help me reset this? 

 

Also the vibration stopped working after day 1 too
