CPU Cooler rattling

Are you sure that the cable isn't touching the fan abit?

You could try to make use of the warranty. Tell the reseller that the fan is making a too loud rattling sound, hopefully you'll be able to return it and pick another model.

A cable somewhere is hitting one of the fans. Not necessarily that front one. I can see at least 5 fans in that shot, plus the GPU.
