Pc freezing/lagging

Hi

ive been having an issue with my pc where as i open up my browser brave in this case on my second monitor or main monitor the whole pc is basically freezing fully and starts lagging crazy. I reset brave setting nothing changed, changed browser to Google chrome nothing changed. When i have a game on my main monitor and tab in while the browser is lagging crazy the game freezes also.

5070 oc

amd 9800x3d

X870 auros elite ice

6400mhz ddr5 ram 32gb

 

would be thankful if anyone can help me solve this as i have no idea what to do

Disable Hardware Acceleration in the browser and roll back or update the GPU drivers after cleaning them with DDU. 

This is most likely caused by a driver bug conflicting with Chromium code, disabling HW acceleration should solve it.

Additionally, disabling the Multiplane Overlay MPO may also be helpful.
