Hello everyone,im new here,so forgive me if this is wrong section.

I updated my bios to 1.80 1 hour ago using instant flash and everything went fine untill i noticed that pc ramdomly freezes for 40/50 seconds it happend 3/4 times already in various situations.. Also,i saw that when this happens hard disk goes in 100% load but there's no noise coming from it..

My Pc specs;

Amd 965 BE

Asrock 970 Extreme3

Sapphire HD 7750 1 GB

Corsair 4 Gb (2x2) 1333 Mhz

Corsair Cx 600 80+ Bronze

200 Gb Hard Disk

Windows 8.1 32 Bit

My question is;this could be related to bios update or it can be for a different reason? I had this version of bios before update

(i have no idea what version it was,so i found a pic about the screen i had)

Thanks for help!
