Description of your issue: No communication about returning an oversized pair of shoes.

Have you tried solving your issue through the brand's customer support channel? If so, what was the result? First ticket was before it arrived, they told me to try shoes and then open a new ticket. The shoes arrived, one pair was great and I adore it, the other really really loose so I opened a ticket the very day I got them, no response not even from their bot. A week or two later I opened up another ticket with basically a copy paste of what I said in the prior ticket and there was no response not even from the bot. Here we are a little over a month later with no response on either of those tickets, so I respond to the ticket that I made before they arrived sharing how disgusted I was and the bot did respond with a message stating that due to it being after 30 days I would not be entitled to a return anymore in which case I then replied with how disgusted I was. A few days later for that ticket I responded to, it sent me a star rating on the review, in which case I rated it one star with a message stating how disgusted I am with a lot of rude words because these shoes are not cheap and I just casually have a pair sitting in their new box that don't fit me and I CANNOT USE!!!

What would an ideal resolution of your issue look like? Well for a start, respond to any ticket that says I WANT A RETURN! Also actually abiding by their policy of 30 day in box return but I guess I can't test that because they are apparently oblivious to my existence if I ask for a return.
