Sata cables bending

Its bending too much outwards to fit the back-part door of the case

it should be fine where it is now if its just being pressed down by the back panel/

The usual thing people warned about sata being fragile is the plastic section where the pins are on the SSD / device

SATA data cable, not the SATA power cable, do not overbend SATA data cable, as it can lead, to communication errors. 
And yes, do be mindful of the both sata connector from the ssd side, do not put pressure on it, use sata power extension, if you don't have corect sata plug (angled / straight)
