I NEED HELP

I bought this custom pc froma conpany that builds the pc already because i dont have the experience or time to build it my own.

Arbeitsspeicher

32 GB DDR5-RAM, Dual Channel (2x 16 GB), 6000 MHz*, Kingston Fury Beast

The porblem that im facing now is the screen works mouse and keyboard also(not wireless ones) and after like 10 minutes the screen disconnects mouse and keyboard also they all turn off,

at first i thought its because of the rams i took them out cleaned them and put them back in, it happened again so i tried to also check the graphic card i also took it out and back in same problem happened again and again then i noticed that also the keyboard and mouse are turning off, does anyone know whats the problem?

They should have customer support, I would contact them and try to have them fix the issue. They'll probably be at least a bit quicker to respond with how to fix the issue than someone on here.

All of a sudden the pc now works idk why
