Margin's too small for me. Overpaying for PSU, Case, GPU and wifi for flipping.

I'm trying to build a budget pc that I can sell for a profit. Havn't gotten a commission or anything just trying to make some small money

There's the MSI MAG A650BN PSU idk if that's the one you're talking about or if it's another version. 
But the MSI MAG A650BN is about 30$ cheaper, should i just switch it out?

I would not recommend doing this. It's a fast way to lose money. Build on commission. Rule of thumb when buying from a private party (i.e. someone who isn't going to do long term support, customer service, and warranty) is that you should pay less than buying each part individually. 
Building on commission will allow you to charge a fee for assembly and setup. Buld Redux charges 50$ for this service, so you have some tight competition.
