Hi guys I need some help and advice I'm upgrade from am4 to am5 we're my cx600m that's 11 years old fried and went up in smoke last Friday so my grandparents agreed to help me build a new one. In my old build I also had a Intel arc a770 but the PSU wasn't sending it the correct voltage from the 12v rail. Under load it was reaching temps of 89c to 90c and my GPU voltage was only 0.85volts.

Parts list:

2500x Corsair case

9800x3d

32GB of g skill ram

Msi b650m project zero motherboard

Xfx rx9070xt

Corsair rm850e

My total build price is $1,952.27

Also I loved my Intel arc a770 until my PSU gave it the issues could I go with the Intel ARC B580 until the B770 comes out or stick with the rx9070xt or get a Intel arc a770 from eBay because I found one brand new. I also have a oled 1440p 27inch LG 240hertz monitor. If that helps with GPU guidance and advice. Also thanks in advance.

What is your budget?

I really didn't have a budget cause my granddad just told me to get a parts list together he really didn't say a budget I would say probably $2,000 under if possible I'm trying to save as much money on this new one but still get great performance that way I'll have a PC that will last me for a good while.

Awesome thank you for your help and advice would the Intel ARC B580 be a good GPU for my 1440p monitor we're my Intel arc a770 craped out on me or would the rx9070xt be a better fit I just really liked the Intel ARC GPU after having one myself since 2023.
