While starting up programs like Origin, Steam, and ccleaner it seems as though my system completly slows down in the booting of these programs. When they do boot and I try to play a game the programs seem to crash. Currently while loading up steam I see my CPU at 1%-6% usage my Disk C (SSD) at 100% and my Disk 1(HDD) 0-1% . Hmm just shutdown steam and it seems as though my SSD is staying at 100% usage. I've recently upgraded my Motherboard to a Sabertooth 990fx v2.0 and am running an AMD 8350 cpu as well as a R9 290 GPU.... Wondering if this SSD 100% usage is causing a major bottleneck? My Win 8 is loaded on it but my origin and steam are loaded on the HDD. any thoughts?

hmmm curiouse... so I noticed the ssd ran down to 0% usage. So I went a head and tested by turning on steam, came on right away. Then I put Tomb Raider on, shot back up to 100% Usage. Also a Steam Client Bootstrapper not responding popped up O.o . Planning on starting from scratch tommarow, reformat, but still a weird occurence, wanted to see if anyone else dealt with this problemo.

Also Tomb raider is loaded on the HDD drive.
