After some time and help from others i have somehow gotten a 5070 into my build list for 20$ more than if i wouldve went with a 5060 ti 16gb. BUT idk if i should go with the cheaper MB and cooler. MB looks crappy

Both motherboards will easily handle a 7500f, quite a few people are evening running a 9800X3D on the ASRock A620I LIGHTNING without any issues. 

 

Get the build with the 5070.

Well the funny thing is that the 5070 only has 12GB while the 5060ti has 16GB. So it depends on how much VRAM you need. Yes, the 5070 build's motherboard is not very good, but should be OK if you won't overclock your CPU.
