Possible GPU Problem

I started building my pc today and when I turned it on the GPU (Asus 5070) started showing a red light on it. The PSU is a 750 watt so I don't think it is because of that but the gpu's fans wont turn on, nor the card will light up or anything such as that. I don't know what to do and I am stuck.
