Laggy bios

I have an AORUS B760 Elite AX motherboard, but when I enter BIOS, the keyboard and mouse navigation are laggy. I’ve updated the BIOS several times and am now on version F14C. I’ve also changed the mouse, GPU, monitor, and cables, but the problem persists. Does anyone know what could be causing this issue?

All my BIOS versions on my ASUS TUF B650 has been 'laggy'.  I dont use my keyboard in the BIOS but the mouse is very sluggish.  

This has been the case on all my different motherboards BIOS.

Of course, back in the day there were no mouse support in the BIOS so we had to use keyboard.
