For a while now, I've been trying to build a PC for my friend so he can play better at home. I got a combo of components: AMD FX 4130

4GB DDR3 RAM

GTX 750ti

motherboard Gigabyte GA-78LMT_S2P

The device turns on and displays video but freezes on the screen attached below.

¿Has probado a borrar la CMOS? En una placa base antigua, podrías necesitar un puente.

O retire la batería de la placa base por un rato.

¿Qué sucede si quito el almacenamiento USB y lo intento nuevamente?

I already tried to bridge the CRL_CMOS but it still has the same problem. I also tried to remove the USB that I have the operating system on and it still has the same problem.

Then I think the next thing you can try is to update the BIOS - can you even get into the BIOS to update it?

Other than that, I'd try disconnecting everything that can be disconnected - in other words, take it all apart and put it together again. Start with GPU and RAM as they are easy, then try CPU, then literally everything.
