Scroll sync

Hello, is there any program that will let me scroll through multiple open windows at the same time? For example, when I scroll with the mouse in the browser if I have an open document or folder, will it automatically do so at the same time? Like a synchronization between them, thank you very much!

Yes. This is apparently a common requirement which can be achieved with AutoHotKey and some knowhow.

Hello, thanks for answer. I download it, the "

WinSyncScroll_win-x64_net462.zip" version, because there are 2. But isnt not working  Maybe I do some thing wrong? Can you check if it work for you? Thanks

This is something you're gonna have to dive into on your own. It might not work on every app or it might need elevated permissions [standard disclaimer that running random scripts on your PC is dangerous]. You might have to change some settings in Windows like the ability to scroll non-selected windows. 
It's gonna be complicated and finnicky
