Battlefield 3 Windowed Issues

So when I launch BF3 in Origin it takes me to a website where when I click any of the game modes it opens up a little window of the game BF3 when I click on the small window it flashes to a big window and displays audio through the headphones but then immediately switches back to a tiny window and I can't control the game from it.

@imperialplanet Sometimes I use teamviewer but I haven't had it installed nor used it on this machine.

It looks like this http://tinypic.com/r/15wlxmg/8 and when I click on that window it makes my screen go black and have the title music play for one second and then switches back to looking like that
