The BitFenix Recon and NZXT Sentry Mix 2 seem to be well liked on Newegg and Pcpartpicker. You might want to look at those.

 

Edit: People seem to like this one by Zalman as well. Your only problem is that you aren't going to find a whole lot of controllers that can do 8 separate fans, if any at all. You would most likely have to use a splitter or plug one or two of your fans into the mobo.

Im also looking for a fan controller that doesnt take up a drive bay? I just want my 4 rad fans to be controlled by software? Any suggestions? Im using a Bay res so no Room. https://www.dazmode.com/store/product/poweradjust-3-usb-ultra/ Was thinking this but it looks so complex
