Laptop Docking Station Help

Hey everyone!

Recently, I've found myself playing video games on my laptop more than my actual desktop (mostly due to travelling a lot). I still want to keep the at-home "setup", but I'd like to convert my desktop setup into a laptop docking station - unfortunately, I don't know where to start. I have somewhat specific needs but I don't really know how to shift my search towards those, or really if a hub for my application even exists.

Here's what I'm looking for:
- 2-3 monitors, 1 at 1440p240, the rest at anything (currently have a 1080p144 and 2 1080p60 monitors but the main will be upgraded to 1440p240 if possible)
- Ability to connect my keyboard, mouse, microphone, webcam, stream deck.

- Fast enough charging that I don't lose performance from my laptop

My laptop:
- Lenovo Legion Pro 7 16ARX8H
- RTX 4080

- 32GB RAM @ 5200
- AMD Ryzen 9 7945HX
- 1440p240hz display (hence my request for a dock which supports the same res and refresh rate; don't wanna downgrade on the setup)

Any help finding a dock that'll support these needs (wants, lol) would be greatly appreciated! I'm honestly super overwhelmed and super worried about picking the wrong tech.
