"Error Code - 00xc0000185" - False Flag?

Booted up my pc and was greeted with a blue screen and the error from the title. Had 2 options: F1 for recovery options and Esc to go to bios. Went to bios, got to boot overrride and selected my boot drive. And that just worked. Restarted the PC and no error. Rebooted and no error. Was it a false flag or is there something deeper that I just can't seem to sniff out?
