Hey guys, I have been looking around for a new PSU to support a better GPU and I am really liking the RM650 by Corsair. But I am wondering if the RM650 will fit in my Node 304 with a new GPU (something like a GTX 770 or 870 when it is released).

Thanks guys!

-Xavier.

It is 160mm long and modular so you cant fit 770 or any long GPU in it, node only fits max 160mm non modular PSU's with full leinght GPU's

I wonder why you'd need a 650W PSU in a system with max. 1 VGA. Even a R9 290x can easily be powered by a 500W PSU, so you could choose a smaller one or maybe even use you old one (depending on the old PSU).

  • Secondary PC: i7-860@3,1GHz | Scythe Katana 3 | ASUS Maximus III Formula P55 | 8GB Corsair Vengeance 1600MHz | 2x Zotac GTX 280@650MHz | WD Velociraptor 500GB | Seagate Barracuda 2TB | BeQuiet! DarkPower Pro 750W | Coolermaster Cosmos S

Old one is a CX430. I want to go Modular and get/make some sleeved cables so I can make my build look sexy :3
