Nothing Ear vs Ear (a)

Hello! I will get a Nothing Phone (3a Pro) soon, and I am thinking of also getting some earbuds with it. Currently, I have fake AirPod Pro 2s, and they are terrible. I want to get a Nothing earbud, mainly because I like the brand, and I want to use the ChatGPT integration. I am deciding between the Ear (3rd Gen) and the Ear (a). I would prefer the cheaper Ear (a), but I heard that there are some issues with the battery health of these buds, so I would like all of your opinions on which one I want. I do want the best sound, so if there is a large difference in sound, I may get the Ear (3rd Gen), since I heard that the Ceramic drivers on the Ear sound much better and its EQ is much more advanced.
