I'm Struggling..... I need help on what to do. 

I currently have a normal black PCB 780 with back plate and ek water block on it. 

I got an option to buy a 780 with stock cooler and waterblock that matches my system for $454, or a HOF white edition 780 with waterblock and stock cooler for $525. + 30$ish for a SLi bridge at the end 

 

While I'm trying to decide on if I should blow all that money on a GPU, computex is going on... Should I  wait until comutex if over, or go for one of the 780s? 

 

Don't know how to do pole, so just post. 

 

one of the 2 780s, and which one? normal 780 or 780 (HOF) If I get HOF I'll just paint 780 backplate white to match. 
or wait for computex to pass?

If it overclocks like a champ > HOF 780 and paint backplate

It's an 'ok' overclocking card > Reference + block

+1, I currently have two Giggy 770 OC editions paired, one goes to 1317 like a freakin' nut, the other occasionally crashes drivers when pushing 1257. It feels wasted.

Here is what I can do on my GPU currently.  Good or ok? might be able to get + another 20 or 30 on base clock and bump it up higher, just don't know if it would be all around stable.

If it's blocked you might want to look into flashing to a modded BIOS, since it appears you have the neutered one.
