Huge difference between package and core temps

Hi, 7500F user here! Why there is a huge difference between these temps on idle? They are almost even on full load. Which temp should I be looking at on idle? Why there is a difference between "CPU Core" and "Cores Max"? Aren't they the same thing?

Hwmonitor is not reliable.

Also can you define "idle"?

on desktop i mean 0% load

And max load it's at 47c? 

 

Either way, install hwinfo64, as said hwmonitor is really not reliable.

on max load they are all 70c. but on idle there is 15-20c difference between package and core temp like in this image. bios says 50c aswell.
